Kullanım Koşulları
1. Who these terms are between
Capinview ("the app") is developed and published by Kerem Işık, an individual developer based in Türkiye ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. What Capinview is — and is not
Capinview is a personal portfolio tracker. You enter your own transactions and the app organises them, values them using publicly available market data, and shows you the result.
Capinview is not:
- a broker, a bank, an exchange or a payment institution;
- a means of buying, selling or transferring any asset — it executes no trades and holds no funds and no securities;
- a source of investment advice, financial advice, tax advice or a personal recommendation.
Nothing shown in the app is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Every investment decision you make is your own, and you are responsible for it.
3. Market data
Prices and exchange rates come from a third-party public source. They may be delayed, incomplete, rounded, or simply wrong, and they may stop being available without notice. Figures in the app are indicative, are not an official valuation, and must not be relied on for trading, accounting or tax purposes. Always confirm against your broker's or custodian's own statement.
4. Your data, and your responsibility for it
Everything you enter is stored on your own device, not on a server of ours. That means:
- we cannot recover it for you if it is lost;
- clearing the app's data, uninstalling the app, or losing or resetting your device removes it;
- keeping a backup is your responsibility. The app's CSV export exists for exactly this and remains available in every subscription state, including after a subscription ends.
5. Subscription — Capinview Pro
- Capinview Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly
(
capinview_pro_monthly) or annually (capinview_pro_annual). The current price, in your local currency, is always the one shown by Google Play on the purchase screen. - Payment is charged to your Google account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Where a free trial is offered, it is granted by Google Play once per Google account. Reinstalling the app or clearing its data does not make a new trial available. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription automatically.
- Cancel at any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or from the "Manage subscription" link in the app's Settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the subscription stays active until the end of the period already paid for. Unused time in the current period is not refunded.
- Refunds are handled by Google under the Google Play Terms of Service and Google's refund policy. We do not process payments and cannot issue refunds ourselves.
- If we change the price, Google will notify you and ask for your consent before charging the new amount, as required by Google Play.
6. What a subscription unlocks, and what happens when it ends
An active subscription allows the ledger to grow and the market data to refresh: adding and editing portfolios, transactions, tags and liabilities, committing a CSV import, and fetching prices and exchange rates.
When a subscription ends, nothing you entered is deleted, hidden or capped. Every portfolio, holding, figure and chart stays visible, and CSV export keeps working. What stops is writing new data and refreshing prices — the app then values your holdings at the last prices it fetched and says so.
7. Acceptable use
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you control. You may not resell or sublicense the app, attempt to circumvent the subscription check, reverse-engineer the app except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits it, or use the app to break any law that applies to you.
8. Availability and changes
The app is provided as it is today. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and a third-party data source may become unavailable at any time. If we discontinue the app, CSV export is the route your data leaves by, and we will aim to give reasonable notice.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of data. We are not liable for investment losses, lost profits, lost or corrupted data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer under mandatory law, including under Turkish consumer protection legislation.
10. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may end your licence if you materially breach these terms. Ending the licence does not affect the data already on your device.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which you live. Consumer disputes may also be brought before the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts competent under Turkish law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page is always the date of the current text, and a material change will be reflected in the app's Play listing. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the updated terms.

1. Bu koşullar kimler arasında
Capinview ("uygulama"), Türkiye'de yaşayan bağımsız bir geliştirici olan Kerem Işık tarafından geliştirilip yayımlanmaktadır. Uygulamayı kurarak veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmayın.
2. Capinview nedir — ve ne değildir
Capinview bir kişisel portföy takip uygulamasıdır. Kendi işlemlerinizi siz girersiniz; uygulama bunları düzenler, herkese açık piyasa verileriyle değerler ve sonucu size gösterir.
Capinview şunlar değildir:
- aracı kurum, banka, borsa veya ödeme kuruluşu;
- herhangi bir varlığı alma, satma veya transfer etme aracı — hiçbir emir iletmez, hiçbir para ya da menkul kıymet tutmaz;
- yatırım danışmanlığı, finansal danışmanlık, vergi danışmanlığı veya kişiye özel tavsiye kaynağı.
Uygulamada gösterilen hiçbir şey alım veya satım tavsiyesi değildir. Verdiğiniz her yatırım kararı sizin kararınızdır ve sorumluluğu size aittir.
3. Piyasa verileri
Fiyatlar ve döviz kurları üçüncü taraf, herkese açık bir kaynaktan gelir. Gecikmeli, eksik, yuvarlanmış ya da hatalı olabilir ve önceden haber verilmeksizin erişilemez hâle gelebilir. Uygulamadaki rakamlar gösterge niteliğindedir, resmî bir değerleme değildir ve alım-satım, muhasebe veya vergi amaçlarıyla esas alınmamalıdır. Her zaman aracı kurumunuzun kendi ekstresiyle doğrulayın.
4. Verileriniz ve sorumluluğunuz
Girdiğiniz her şey bizim sunucumuzda değil, kendi cihazınızda saklanır. Bu şu anlama gelir:
- kaybolursa sizin için geri getiremeyiz;
- uygulama verilerini temizlemek, uygulamayı kaldırmak veya cihazınızı kaybetmek/sıfırlamak verileri siler;
- yedek almak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. Uygulamanın CSV dışa aktarma özelliği tam olarak bunun için vardır ve abonelik durumu ne olursa olsun — abonelik bittikten sonra dâhil — kullanılabilir kalır.
5. Abonelik — Capinview Pro
- Capinview Pro, aylık (
capinview_pro_monthly) veya yıllık (capinview_pro_annual) olarak faturalanan, otomatik yenilenen bir aboneliktir. Geçerli fiyat, kendi para biriminizde, her zaman Google Play'in satın alma ekranında gösterdiği fiyattır. - Ödeme, satın almayı onayladığınızda Google hesabınızdan tahsil edilir.
- Abonelik her dönem sonunda otomatik olarak yenilenir; dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal etmezseniz yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti, mevcut dönemin bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde tahsil edilir.
- Ücretsiz deneme sunulduğu durumlarda, deneme Google Play tarafından her Google hesabına bir kez tanınır. Uygulamayı yeniden kurmak veya verilerini temizlemek yeni bir deneme hakkı doğurmaz. Deneme bitmeden iptal etmezseniz abonelik otomatik olarak ücretliye döner.
- Dilediğiniz an iptal edebilirsiniz: Google Play → Ödemeler ve abonelikler → Abonelikler yolundan ya da uygulamanın Ayarlar ekranındaki "Aboneliği yönet" bağlantısından. İptal bir sonraki yenilemeyi durdurur; abonelik, bedeli zaten ödenmiş dönemin sonuna kadar aktif kalır. Mevcut dönemin kullanılmayan kısmı iade edilmez.
- İadeler, Google Play Hizmet Şartları ve Google'ın iade politikası kapsamında Google tarafından yürütülür. Ödemeleri biz işlemiyoruz ve kendimiz iade yapamayız.
- Fiyatı değiştirirsek, Google Play kurallarının gerektirdiği şekilde Google sizi bilgilendirir ve yeni tutarı tahsil etmeden önce onayınızı ister.
6. Aboneliğin açtıkları ve abonelik bittiğinde olanlar
Aktif abonelik, defterin büyümesine ve piyasa verilerinin yenilenmesine izin verir: portföy, işlem, etiket ve yükümlülük eklemek ve düzenlemek, CSV içe aktarımını tamamlamak, fiyat ve kur çekmek.
Abonelik bittiğinde girdiğiniz hiçbir şey silinmez, gizlenmez veya sınırlanmaz. Her portföy, varlık, rakam ve grafik görünür kalır; CSV dışa aktarma çalışmaya devam eder. Duran şey, yeni veri yazmak ve fiyatların yenilenmesidir — uygulama varlıklarınızı çektiği son fiyatlarla değerler ve bunu ekranda belirtir.
7. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Size, kontrolünüzdeki cihazlarda uygulamayı kullanmak için kişisel, münhasır olmayan ve devredilemez bir lisans verilir. Uygulamayı yeniden satamaz veya alt lisanslayamaz, abonelik kontrolünü aşmaya çalışamaz, yürürlükteki hukukun açıkça izin verdiği ölçü dışında tersine mühendislik yapamaz ve uygulamayı size uygulanan hukuku ihlal etmek için kullanamazsınız.
8. Erişilebilirlik ve değişiklikler
Uygulama bugünkü hâliyle sunulmaktadır. Özellikleri değiştirebilir, askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz; üçüncü taraf veri kaynağı da her an erişilemez hâle gelebilir. Uygulamayı sonlandırmamız hâlinde verilerinizin çıkış yolu CSV dışa aktarmadır ve makul bir süre önceden bilgi vermeyi hedefleriz.
9. Sorumluluğun sınırlanması
Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği azami ölçüde uygulama "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut hâliyle" sunulur; belirli bir amaca uygunluk ve veri doğruluğu dâhil olmak üzere açık veya zımni hiçbir garanti verilmez. Yatırım zararlarından, kâr kaybından, veri kaybı veya bozulmasından ya da uygulamayı kullanmanızdan doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Sorumluluğun hukuken kaldırılamadığı hâllerde, sorumluluk talebe konu olaydan önceki on iki ay içinde uygulama için ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır.
Bu koşullardaki hiçbir hüküm, başta 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun olmak üzere emredici hukuktan doğan tüketici haklarınızı sınırlamaz.
10. Sona erme
Uygulamayı kaldırarak kullanımı dilediğiniz an sonlandırabilirsiniz. Bu koşulları esaslı şekilde ihlal etmeniz hâlinde lisansınızı sonlandırabiliriz. Lisansın sona ermesi, cihazınızda bulunan verileri etkilemez.
11. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullar, yaşadığınız ülkenin emredici tüketici koruma kurallarına halel gelmeksizin Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Tüketici uyuşmazlıkları, Türk hukukuna göre yetkili tüketici hakem heyetleri ve tüketici mahkemeleri önüne de götürülebilir.
12. Koşullardaki değişiklikler
Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Sayfanın başındaki tarih her zaman geçerli metnin tarihidir; esaslı bir değişiklik uygulamanın Play sayfasına da yansıtılır. Güncellemeden sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncel koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
