Gizlilik Politikası
The short version
Capinview does not collect any personal data. There is no account, no sign-in and no server belonging to us. Your portfolios, transactions, tags, cash accounts and liabilities are stored only in a database on your own device and are never transmitted to us or to anyone else.
Who we are
Capinview is developed and published by Kerem Işık, an individual developer based in Türkiye ("we", "us"). For any question about this policy, write to kerem.ishik@gmail.com.
What we collect
Nothing. Capinview contains no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, no crash-reporting SDK and no tracking of any kind. We do not build a profile of you, we do not have a user database, and we cannot see your holdings, their value, or that you use the app at all.
What stays on your device
- Portfolios, transactions, assets, tags, cash accounts and liabilities.
- Your settings — theme, language, base currency, onboarding state.
- A cached record of your latest subscription status, so the app keeps working offline.
All of the above lives in the app's private storage. It is removed when you clear the app's data or uninstall the app. You can take a copy at any time with Settings → Export CSV, which works whether or not you have an active subscription.
The network requests the app makes
Capinview needs current prices and exchange rates, and it fetches them from a public Yahoo Finance endpoint. Those requests contain:
- the ticker symbols of the instruments you track (for example
THYAO.IS,AAPL), - the currency pairs you need, and
- a date range.
They contain no quantity, no purchase price, no total value, no portfolio name and no identifier for you or your device. As with any request to any website, the receiving server sees the IP address and general technical information of the connection; that is a property of the internet rather than something the app adds. Yahoo processes those requests under its own privacy policy.
Subscriptions and payment
Capinview Pro is sold through Google Play. The app never sees your card, your billing address or your Google account details. Google Play tells the app one thing only: whether an active subscription exists for the Google account on the device. Google's handling of your payment is governed by Google's own privacy policy and the Google Play Terms of Service.
Backups
Android's own Auto Backup feature may copy the app's data to your Google account, if you have that feature enabled on your device. That backup belongs to you and is controlled entirely by your device and Google account settings. We have no access to it. You can turn it off in your device's system settings.
Permissions
The app requests two permissions: internet access and network-state access, both used solely to fetch prices. It does not ask for contacts, location, camera, microphone, phone state or storage.
Children
Capinview is intended for adults managing their own finances. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone — including children — because we do not collect information at all.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and comparable regimes, you have rights of access, correction, erasure and portability over personal data a company holds about you. We hold none, so there is nothing for us to disclose, correct or delete. Your own copy of your data is under your control on your device: export it with Export CSV, and erase it by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app.
Changes to this policy
If a future version of Capinview adds anything that changes the answers above — cloud backup or sync being the obvious candidate — this page will be updated before that version ships, and the app's Play listing will reflect it. The date at the top of this page is always the date of the current text.

Ne topluyoruz
Hiçbir şey. Capinview'da analitik SDK'sı, reklam SDK'sı, çökme raporlama SDK'sı ve herhangi bir izleme mekanizması bulunmaz. Sizin hakkınızda bir profil oluşturmuyoruz, bir kullanıcı veritabanımız yok; varlıklarınızı, değerlerini ya da uygulamayı kullandığınızı dahi göremeyiz.
Cihazınızda kalanlar
- Portföyler, işlemler, varlıklar, etiketler, nakit hesapları ve yükümlülükler.
- Ayarlarınız — tema, dil, ana para birimi, ilk kurulum durumu.
- Uygulamanın çevrimdışıyken de çalışabilmesi için abonelik durumunuzun son bilinen kaydı.
Bunların tümü uygulamanın özel depolama alanında durur. Uygulama verilerini temizlediğinizde veya uygulamayı kaldırdığınızda silinir. Dilediğiniz an Ayarlar → CSV dışa aktar ile bir kopyasını alabilirsiniz; bu özellik aktif aboneliğiniz olsun olmasın çalışır.
Uygulamanın yaptığı ağ istekleri
Capinview'ın güncel fiyatlara ve döviz kurlarına ihtiyacı vardır; bunları herkese açık bir Yahoo Finance uç noktasından alır. Bu isteklerin içinde şunlar bulunur:
- takip ettiğiniz enstrümanların sembolleri (örneğin
THYAO.IS,AAPL), - ihtiyaç duyulan para birimi çiftleri ve
- bir tarih aralığı.
İçlerinde hiçbir adet, alış fiyatı, toplam değer, portföy adı ya da sizi veya cihazınızı tanımlayan bir bilgi yer almaz. Herhangi bir web sitesine yapılan her istekte olduğu gibi, karşı sunucu bağlantının IP adresini ve genel teknik bilgilerini görür; bu, uygulamanın eklediği bir şey değil, internetin kendi işleyişidir. Yahoo bu istekleri kendi gizlilik politikası kapsamında işler.
Abonelik ve ödeme
Capinview Pro, Google Play üzerinden satılır. Uygulama kartınızı, fatura adresinizi veya Google hesap bilgilerinizi hiçbir zaman görmez. Google Play uygulamaya yalnızca tek bir şey bildirir: cihazdaki Google hesabı için aktif bir abonelik olup olmadığı. Ödemenizin işlenmesi Google'ın kendi gizlilik politikası ve Google Play Hizmet Şartları kapsamındadır.
Yedekleme
Cihazınızda etkinse, Android'in kendi Otomatik Yedekleme özelliği uygulama verilerini sizin Google hesabınıza kopyalayabilir. Bu yedek size aittir ve tamamen cihazınızın ve Google hesabınızın ayarlarıyla yönetilir. Bizim erişimimiz yoktur. Cihaz sistem ayarlarından kapatabilirsiniz.
İzinler
Uygulama iki izin ister: internet erişimi ve ağ durumu erişimi. Her ikisi de yalnızca fiyat çekmek için kullanılır. Rehber, konum, kamera, mikrofon, telefon durumu veya depolama izni istenmez.
Çocuklar
Capinview, kendi finansını yöneten yetişkinler içindir. Çocuklara yönelik değildir; zaten hiç veri toplamadığımız için çocuklar dâhil hiç kimseden bilerek bilgi toplamıyoruz.
Haklarınız
KVKK, GDPR ve benzeri düzenlemeler kapsamında, bir şirketin sizin hakkınızda tuttuğu kişisel veriler üzerinde erişim, düzeltme, silme ve taşınabilirlik haklarınız vardır. Bizde hiç veri bulunmadığından açıklayacak, düzeltecek veya silecek bir şey de yoktur. Verilerinizin kendi kopyası cihazınızda sizin kontrolünüzdedir: CSV dışa aktar ile alabilir, uygulama verilerini temizleyerek veya uygulamayı kaldırarak silebilirsiniz.
Bu politikadaki değişiklikler
Capinview'ın ileriki bir sürümü yukarıdaki cevapları değiştiren bir şey eklerse — bulut yedekleme veya senkronizasyon en olası aday — bu sayfa o sürüm yayımlanmadan önce güncellenecek ve uygulamanın Play sayfası buna göre düzenlenecektir. Sayfanın başındaki tarih her zaman geçerli metnin tarihidir.
